1. Meet & Greet
- This initial, informal “get to know us” meeting usually takes place in one of our conveniently located showrooms and consists of a broad discussion of your kitchen and bath remodel project, your goals, your budget and how our process works.
2. Measure & Consultation
- The in-home consultation often referred to as the “measure,” is the first step in the detailed process of gaining a clear understanding of your wants, needs, lifestyle, goals and budget for your project.We take measurements and make detailed notes on the current design, aesthetic and structural and mechanical layout. This important step helps us gain deeper insight into your use of the space and your functional and stylistic preferences.
3. Material Selection & Design
- Armed with the pertinent details and an understanding of your goals for your project, we begin designing your spaces and selecting finishes and materials. This phase is typically comprised of 2-3 meetings, usually hosted in one of our showrooms. Your designer uses these meetings to propose design concepts for your bath or kitchen remodel(s) using the latest planning software, 2D and 3D drawings, material samples and our vast selection of products and displays.
4. Final Design & Build
- Our bids and bid meeting(s) include as much detail as possible in order to minimize unforeseen costs. They are an itemized breakdown of every phase and component of your project. You and your designer will review in detail the final design, selections and all related pricing. Additions and adjustments to scope and materials can be made at this point. Once the bid is accepted and the contract signed, we begin the process of procuring your materials and scheduling your project.
